LeakyPhones Amos Golan, Hiroshi Ishii
LeakyPhones is a public/private headset that promotes conversation, face-to-face interaction, sharing of interests, and healthy social skills by letting users "leak" into another user's music when looking at them.
The system is designed to allow the user varying degrees of privacy, from a standard private headset, to a public headset that enables a shared medium in which any person can leak into other experiences and share his or her own.
We hope that technologies of this kind will help people meet others, share special moments, and express themselves in front of new audiences.
