Kazue Kobayashi


Kazue Kobayashi is a visiting researcher in the Tangible Media Group. She is interested in applying tangible interfaces to IP network simulations for collaborative design.


During her undergraduate years, Kazue studied applied physics with an emphasis on recognition and control systems. She graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Engineering. She works for NTTComware as a software researcher. Her research areas include Java technology, mobile agent systems, and telematics. Kazue enjoys music, and plays the French horn with an orchestra in Japan, and just started learning piano. She also likes sampling regional cuisines, traveling and dressmaking.
