Idea HatcheryJean-Baptiste Labrune, Hiroshi Ishii / 2009
The Idea Hatchery is an hybrid environment for creative activities such as brainstorming and collaborative activities. It integrates seamlessly physical items such as post-its, sketches, models to cloud-based applications such as wikis, shared documents and RSS based services. The Idea Hatchery gives new physical tools to Highlight, Tag and Flag relevant information for creative groups in order to help them document and share their artifacts. More specifically, the Idea Hatchery reduces the complexity of massive amount of data by providing real-time filtering and voting system to be used in physical space (TUI), in web-browser (GUI), and at the intersection of body, objects and surfaces (Ambient UI).
