Daniel Fitzgerald
Daniel Fitzgerald is an engineer, researcher, and maker. His interests span human-robot interaction, artificial intelligence, soft robotics, rapid prototyping, computational design, and makerspaces/FabLabs. As an M.S. candidate and R.A. in the Tangible Media Group, he explores new combinations of technologies and interaction modes that harmonize to empower their users. Prior to joining the Media Lab, Daniel received his Bachelors in Robotics Engineering and Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and worked on 3D-Printable electronics at Harvard, as well as Computer Vision at Amazon Robotics. Daniel also enjoys running, hiking, tennis, and prop making.
